Abstract

This training aims to find out if there is the influence of training on the performance of employees of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (persero) Palembang division of Human Resources. The collection of data that the technical questionnaire in a way to distribute a questionnaire to all employees as much as 42 employees. The study used data of the primary that was obtained and engineering analysis used are techniques of regression linear simple. The result showed that the training have a significant effect on the performance of employees. Therefore, the advice given to improve of better performance to corporate leaders to get the better performance by conducting reguler training, facilitating to attend training and for employees to raise awareness and spirit to improve work performance through training.
