Abstract

This research was aimed to find out SMA Negeri 6 Prabumulih teachers’ perception on the implementation of Constitution Number 35 Year 2014 about Children Protection. This research used quantitative approachment and descriptive method. The sample of this study was taken by using saturated sampling technique where all the 60 people as the population were taken as the sample. This research used three techniques for collecting the data, such as documentation, questionnaire, and interview. From the result of the data analysis and the discussion, it could be concluded that SMA Negeri 6 Prabumulih teachers' perception on the Implementation of Constitution Number 35 Year 2014 about Children Protection was positive. It was proven by the result of the analysis of the data and the discussion of the result of the questionnaire, the four indicators used as the measurement of the research consisted of 25 statements showed that the mean value obtained was 84,5% and the percentage of the interval (≥) 62,5%. As previously determined that the score ≥ 62,5% is the criteria for positive perception level, and on the contrary ≤ 62,5% is the criteria for negative perception level.
