Abstract

This research entitled "Multimedia Development Based on 2016 Microsoft Power Point in History Subject at Senior High School Level", that contains data on Islamic Spread Figures in Ogan Ilir. This research had been carried out and applied on Tenth grade Science Students at Senior High School number 1 Tanjung Raja. This research is a development research that used the Alessi and Trollip development models. The purpose of this study is to develop a valid and effective learning media. Regarding the result of the learning media validity in this research it was assessed by experts on three aspects; Content, Media, and Learning Design. The result of the study shows that the validity of the material has a value of 4.13, with a valid category, the validity of the media has a value of 4.21, with a very valid category, and the validity of learning design has a value of 4.16, with a valid category. The Influence of Multimedia Based on 2016 Microsoft Power Point in Historical Subjects in Senior High School was seen in the increase in student learning outcomes before and after using learning media at the field test stage of 47.51% with Ngain of 0.74. This shows Multimedia Based on 2016 Microsoft Power Point in History Subject in High School with the material of the Spread of Islam in Ogan Ilir has valid values and effectiveness.
