Abstract
Telah dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan memahami materi dinamika partikel pada mahasiswa pendidikan Fisika FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2019/2020 di FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya. Pada penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif dengan metode ini peneliti akan memaparkan data yang diperoleh, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan memahami materi Dinamika Partikel pada mahasiwa pendidikan fisika FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya.Subjek penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Pendidikan Fisika Angkatan 2018 yang berjumlah 48 mahasiswa. Kemampuan Memahami yang diukur merupakan kemampuan mendasar dalam dimensi proses kognitif Taksonomi Bloom Revisi pada materi Dinamika Partikel dengan submateri macam-macam gaya dan Hukum Newton. Kemampuan ini diteliti dari segi lima proses kognitif yang ada di dalam kategori memahami, antara lain menafsirkan (interpreting), mencontohkan (exemplifying), menginferensi (inferring), membandingkan (comparing), dan menjelaskan (explaining). Kesimpulan hasil dari analisis data penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan memahami materi Dinamika partikel pada mahasiswa pendidikan fisika Universitas Sriwijaya termasuk kriteria sedang dengan persentase sebesar 36,5%. Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Memahami, Dinamika Partikel ABSTRAK Has conducted research to understand the level of material competence in Physics Education students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education in Sriwijaya University in the odd semester of the academic year 2019/2020 at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education in Sriwijaya University. There were interpreting, exemplifying, inferring, comparing, and explaining. The conclusion of the results of the analysis of this research data shows that the material that determines the dynamics of particles in the education of Sriwijaya University students includes moderate criteria with a percentage of 36.5%.
