Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) To analyze the effect of rice mill processing capacity on the amount of rice supply. (2) Calculate how much the productivity ratio of a small rice mill business processing and medium rice mill business revenue (3) Calculates how much the rice mill byproduct's revenue contribution to the income of a small rice mill business and a medium rice mill business. This research was conducted in Rambutan District and Tanjung Lago District Banyuasin District. Determination of location is done deliberately (Purposive sampling location). Data collection in this study was conducted in November 2019. Data collected were primary data and secondary data. The research method used was a survey method. The results of the research that have been carried out can be concluded (1) The value of t-count> t-table means that HO is rejected, which means the capacity of small rice grinder and rice grinder machine is significantly influencing the production of rice produced. (2) The productivity of the capacity of the machine to the production of rice produced by the small rice grinder business and the medium rice grinder business does not have a significant difference. (3) Revenue byproducts of the small rice grinder business in Banyuasin Regency contributed 8,5 percent to the total revenue of the rice grinder business and revenue from the byproducts of the medium rice grinder business contributed 4 percent to the total income of the medium rice grinder business.
