Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh banyaknya bullying yang terjadi pada dunia pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil efikasi diri peserta didik korban bullying sekolah dasar di Indralaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini peserta didik yang menjadi korban bullying yang berjumlah 133 orang, subjek diambil di SD N 02 Indralaya dan SD N 05 Indralaya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner korban bullying dan kuesioner efikasi diri korban bullying. Hasil dari peneltian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 133 responden terdapat 12 peserta didik korban bullying memiliki kategori efikasi diri yang tinggi sebesar 9%, 102 peserta didik korban bullying memiliki kategori efikasi diri sedang sebesar 77%, dan 19 peserta didik korban bullying yang memiliki kategori efikasi diri rendah sebesar 14%. Peserta didik dengan efikasi diri sedang masih bisa menjadi korban bullying. Kesimpulannya semakin tinggi efikasi diri peserta didik maka akan semakin kecil juga kemungkinan untuk menjadi korban bullying.
