Abstract

Sectio caesarea merupakan salah satu tindakan persalinan janin dengan insisi dinding perut dan rahim ketika persalinan normal tidak dapat dilakukan. Pembedahan sectio caesarea dapat memberikan komplikasi, salah satunya terjadi infeksi pada luka bekas operasi. Permasalahan tersebut membutuhkan penanganan segera agar tidak menimbulkan permasalahan yang lebih kompleks, salah satunya dengan penerapan asuhan keperawatan pada ibu postpartum dengan post sectio caesarea melalui aplikasi mobilisasi dini. Tujuan dari telaah kasus ialah menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan pada ibu postpartum dengan post sectio caesarea. Telaah kasus tersebut menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Ketiga pasien kelolaan dilakukan pengkajian postpartum dan didapatkan masalah keperawatan yaitu Nyeri akut, gangguan mobilitas fisik, gangguan integritas kulit, dan risiko infeksi. Aplikasi mobilisasi dini merupakan penerapan intervensi dan implementasi dalam mengatasi masalah keperawatan. Evaluasi dinilai secara subjektif dan objektif dari pasien serta pemberian discharge planning saat kepulangan pasien. Gangguan integritas kulit yang mengakibatkan nyeri merupakan keluhan utama yang dirasakan semua pasien kelolaan post sectio caesarea. Mobilisasi dini dapat melancaran sirkulasi darah, vaskularisasi sangat penting karena darah mengandung zat-zat yang dibutuhkan tubuh seperti oksigen, obat-obatan dan zat gizi. Apabila peredaran darah lancar maka zat-zat yang dibutuhkan tubuh dapat terpenuhi dengan baik dan dapat membantu penyembuhan luka. Mobilisasi dini dapat dijadikan sebagai intervensi keperawatan secara mandiri dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada ibu postpartum dengan sectio caesarea. Kata Kunci : Sectio Caesarea, Asuhan Keperawatan, Mobilisasi Dini, Penyembuhan Luka Kepustakaan : 71 (2000-2019) ABSTRACT Sectio caesarea was one of the process of a fetus delivery through the abdominal incision and uterus when a normal labor couldn’t do. Sectio caesarea could cause complications, one of that is occurred an infection on surgical wound. These problems required immediate handling to avoid more complex problems, one of the application was nursing care to postpartum mothers with post sectio caesarea through early mobilization. This case aimed to give describe nursing care in postpartums mothers with post sectio caesarea especially implementation of early mobilization. This case designed a qualitative descriptive method. Three of patients did postpartum assessment and the problems were obtained such as childbirth pain, physical mobility, skin integrity disorders, and risk of infection. Early mobilization was the application of intervention and implementation in overcoming nursing problems. Evaluation was assessed subjectively and objectively from the patient and give discharge planning when patient back to home. Impaired skin integrity disorders causes pain is the main of problems to all patients post sectio caesarea. Early mobilization could expedited blood circulation, vascularization was very important because blood contains substances that the body needs such as oxygen, drug and nutrients. If blood circulation was expedited, it the substances needed by the body could be fulfilled properly and could help wound healing. Early mobilization could be used as an independent nursing intervention provide nursing care to postpartum mothers with sectio caesarea.
