Abstract

ABSTRAK HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN, SIKAP, DAN PERILAKU MASYARAKAT KELURAHAN BUKIT BARU DAN BUKIT LAMA DENGAN KEBERADAAN LARVA NYAMUK Aedes aegypti (Vincent Guantoro,Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Sriwijaya, 52 halaman) Latar Belakang. Demam berdarah dengue (DBD) adalah penyakit infeksi yang disebabkan oleh virus dengue. Kasus DBD tertinggi di Sumatera Selatan ditemukan di Kota Palembang sebesar 688 kasus pada tahun 2017.Untuk mengetahui hubungan Pengetahuan,Sikap, dan Perilaku dengan keberadaan Larva nyamuk Aedes aegypti. Metode. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain penelitian potong lintang (cross-sectional). Sebanyak 110 rumah dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diteruskan menggunakan simple random sampling kemudian diberikan kuesioner. Hasil. Rumah dengan larva yang memiliki pengetahuan yang baik 19 orang (17,1%) dan yang tidak baik sebanyak 21 orang pada hubungan pengetahuan di dapatkan Pvalue sebesar atau p= 0,579. Rumah dengan larva yang memiliki sikap yang baik 32 orang (28,8%) dan yang tidak baik sebanyak 8 orang (7,2%) pada hubungan sikap di dapatkan Pvalue sebesar atau p= 0,880. Rumah dengan larva yang memiliki perilaku yang baik 1 orang (0,9%) dan yang tidak baik sebanyak 39 orang (35,1%) pada hubungan pengetahuan di dapatkan Pvalue sebesar atau p= 0,416. Kesimpulan. Pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku masyarakat wilayah kerja Puskesmas Padang Selasa tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dikarenakan P value kurang dari 0,05 dengan keberadaan larva nyamuk Aedes aegypti. (Habitat perkembangbiakan potensial nyamuk adalah bak mandi. Spesies nyamuk yang hidup di wilayah Puskesmas Padang Selasa yaitu Aedes aegypti dan Culex, Sp.) Kata kunci. To find out the relationship of Knowledge, Attitudes, and Behavior with the Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae Method. Observational analytic study with a cross-sectional design. Results The houses that have mosquito larvae with respondents who have good knowledge 19 people (17.1%) and who were bad knowledge as many as 21 people (18.9%) (p> 0.05%). The houses that have outdoor mosquito larvae. The respondents who have good knowledge were 4 people (3.6%), 3 people have bad knowledge (2.7%) (p> 0.05). good attitude as many as 7 people (3.6%) (p> 0.05%). In the indoor section, respondents who have good knowledge are 17 people (15.3%), bad 19 people (17.1%) (p> 0.05). good behavior only 1 person (0,9%) and bad behavior as much as 35 people (31,5%). (p> 0.05%). In houses with mosquito larvae, 19 respondents (17.1%) had good knowledge and 21 people (18.9%) had poor knowledge. (p> 0.05%) Conclusion. Knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of the people in the PadangSelasa Community Health Centre working area did not have a significant relationship with the presence of Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae. (The potential breeding habitat for mosquitoes made is a bathtub, these are Aedes aegypti and culex Sp.)
