Abstract

Data Puskesmas Tanjung Rambang Kota Prabumulih, Tahun 2018 pada balita ada 572 kasus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan kondisi fisik rumah dengan kejadian ISPA pada balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Rambang Kota Prabumulih. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel 64. Lokasi penelitian di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Rambang Kota Prabumulih. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Rambang Kota Prabumulih. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik purvosive sampling. Analisa data yaitu menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat (uji Chi-square). Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan antara pencahayaan alami, jenis lantai, kepadatan hunian, luas ventilasi, kelembaban, suhu dan tidak ada hubungan antara jenis dinding , jenis atap dengan kejadian ISPA. Disarankan untuk masyakakat agar selalu menjaga kebersihan dalam rumah dan membuka jendela di pagi hari untuk menjaga pencahayaan alami, suhu, kelembaban serta sirkulasi udara tetap optimal. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the physical condition of the house and the incidence of ARI in infants in the working area of Tanjung Rambang Health Center, Prabumulih City. This research is a quantitative study with cross sectional design with 64 sample size. The research location is in the working area of Tanjung Rambang Health Center, Prabumulih City. The population of this research is all households that have children under five years old in the working area of Tanjung Rambang Health Center. The sampling technique is purposive sampling technique. Data analysis is using univariate and bivariate analysis (Chi-square test). Bivariate analysis results show that there is a relationship between natural lighting, floor type, occupancy density, ventilation area, humidity, temperature and there is no relationship between the type of wall, roof type and the incidence of ARI. It is recommended for the community to always maintain cleanliness in the house and open windows in the morning to maintain natural lighting, temperature, humidity and air circulation remains optimal.
