Abstract
Kepuasan kerja merupakan sikap umum individu terhadap pekerjaannya dan merupakan aspek yang berhubungan dengan kinerja serta produktivitas kerja. Kepuasan kerja sangat dibutuhkan bagi sumber daya manusia dalam hal ini perawat agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan kerja perawat di RSUD Empat Lawang berdasarkan kompensasi, beban kerja, hubungan interpersonal, dan kondisi tempat kerja. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Sampel dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling yang berjumlah 63 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian berupa kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat analisis bivariat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis univariat didapatkan bahwa sebanyak 55,6% perawat RSUD Empat Lawang puas terhadap pekerjaannya dan 44,4% lainnya menyatakan tidak puas terhadap pekerjaannya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bivariat yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan kerja perawat di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUD Empat Lawang adalah kompensasi (PR = 2,789, 95% CI (1,558-5,319)) dan kondisi tempat kerja (PR = 1,163, 95% CI (0,701-1,929)), sementara beban kerja (PR = 1,778, 95% CI (0,688-4,597)) dan hubungan interpersonal (PR = 2,256, 95% CI (0,840- 6,064)) tidak memiliki hubungan terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUD Empat Lawang. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja perawat di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUD Empat Lawang dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi dan kondisi tempat kerja. Disarankan bagi pihak rumah sakit untuk melakukan sistem imbalan dengan menggunakan aspek penghargaan yaitu dengan memberikan reward kepada perawat berprestasi, melakukan kenaikan gaji secara berkala dengan memperhatikan perubahan gaji berdasarkan tingkat produktivitas pegawai dan beban kerja, serta perlu melengkapi fasilitas di unit tempat kerja perawat, seperti kafetaria khusus perawat . Job satisfaction is needed for human resources, in this case nurse in order to improve the quality of health service. This study aims to determine the factors associated with nurse job satisfaction at the Empat Lawang Hospital based on compensation, workload, interpersonal relationships, and workplace conditions. This research using cross sectional design. Samples were collected using a simple random sampling method, totaling 63 respondents. Analysis of the data using univariate and bivariate. Based on the results of the univariate analysis it was found that as many as 55,6% of nurses in the Empat Lawang Hospitas were satisfied with their work and 44,4% stated they were not satisfied with their work. The bivariate test analysis result shows that factor which have correlation with nurse job satisfaction in inpatien instalation of regional public hospital in Empat Lawang are compensation (PR = 3,517, 95% CI (1,715-7,064)) and workplace conditions (PR = 1,891, 95% CI (1,148-3,115)), meanwhile workload (PR = 1,194, 95% CI (0,681-2,096)) and interpersonal relationships (PR = 1,636, 95% CI (0,932-2,873)) do not have any correlation with nurse job satisfaction. This research show that nurse job satisfaction at inpatien instalation of regional public hospital in Empat Lawang is influenced compensation and workplace conditions. It is recommended for the hospital to conduct a reward system using the award aspect, namely by giving rewards to outstanding nurses, make salary increases regularly by paying attention to changes in salary based on the level of employee productivity and workload, and need to complete facilities in the nurse’s work unit like a nurse’s special cafetaria, .
