Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahu bagaimana pengaruh produktivitas tenaga kerja dan efisiensi terhadap industri minyak goreng kelapa sawit di indonesia, Menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Variabel produktivitas tenaga kerja dan variabel efisiensi secara serempak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel keuntungan. Secara parsial variabel Produktivitas tenaga kerja dan variabel efisiensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel keuntungan.
