Abstract

PT. Nindya Karya (Persero) is one of the contracting companies that competes with other contracting companies in developing business in the field. PT. Nindya Karya (Persero) together serves several services, namely the sale of natural materials, rental of heavy equipment and renting contractor services. This company has several obstacles in making transactions. All lease transactions are still conventional in nature. Marketing of the rental of heavy equipment is also only around the location of the company so that some people do not know about PT. Nindya Karya (Persero). Therefore, it is necessary to design an application using internet facilities that can be used by customers to rent heavy equipment and save time and costs in conducting transactions between companies and customers. Thus PT. Nindya Karya (Persero) requires a web-based online application to support the rental of heavy equipment as a container or intermediary between the company and customers in terms of transactions accompanied by pictures of heavy equipment to be leased. The system created is a web-based online application using the PHP programming language and MySQL as its database. Keywords: Rental Application, PHP, MySQL.
