Abstract

This research aims to determine the service of Sako District in Palembang, which was motivated by the occurrence of the problem that the service’s time production of Family Card by District Integrated Administration Service (PATEN) is not the same as the schedule that has been attached in the time of two days work but often delayed up to three or seven days work. This research is referring to the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform’s decree, using fourteen Indicators which are, service procedures, service requirements, clarity of service officers, discipline of service officers, responsibilities of service officers, competence of service officers, speed of service, justice in getting services, civility and hospitality of officers , equity of service costs, Assurance of service costs, assurance of service schedules, Environmental comfort, Security of Services. The method which used in this research is quantitative method. The sampling technique was using incidental sampling. The data collection research technique was carried out through questionnaires, observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques were measured using Public Satisfaction Index. The results of this research indicates that the public satisfaction in produce the Family Cards by District Integrated Administration Service (PATEN) in Sako District of Palembang based on Public Satisfaction Index (PSI) is in the amount of 71.75, which is in an interval of 62,51-81,25 so that the quality of the public service is on a good level. From the result of this research, suggestion that author could give to the service officers is to always maintain the good level of quality service, or improved it to be the best one of service in Palembang’s district in the future.
