Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul Problematika Hukum Pelayanan Jasa Publik Angkutan Mahasiswa di Universitas Sriwijaya, Angkutan Mahasiswa di Universitas Sriwijaya adalah bentuk dari pelayanan publik yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah, di mana dalam kebijakan dan pengelolaan angkutan mahasiswa di Universitas Sriwijaya tidak selamanya akan berjalan lancar. Banyaknya permasalahan dalam penyelenggaraan angkutan mahasiswa mulai dari kuantitas maupun kualitas angkutan termasuk faktor keamanan dan keselamatan utamanya mahasiswa. Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam skripsi ini adalah Kebijakan dan Pengelolaan angkutan mahasiswa di Universitas Sriwijaya serta Problematika Hukum Pelayanan Jasa Publik Angkutan Mahasiswa Di Universitas Sriwijaya. Jenis Penelitian skripsi ini merupakan penelitian yuridis dan penambahan berbagai unsur empiris. Hasil penelitian skripsi ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak efektifnya kebijakan yang dibuat oleh pihak Universitas Sriwijaya yang menimbulkan problematika yakni tidak terlaksananya kebijakan dan regulasi yang telah dibuat dan juga kebijakan dan pengelolaan angkutan mahasiswa yang tidak tepat sasaran dan regulasi yang belum jelas. Kata Kunci : Problematika Hukum, Pelayanan Jasa Publik, Angkutan Mahasiswa ABSTRACT This thesis is titled Law issue of Public Services of student transport in Sriwijaya University, student transportation at Sriwijaya University is a form of public service conducted by the Government, where in the policy and management of student transport at Sriwijaya University will not always be smooth. Many problems in the implementation of student transportation ranging from the quantity and quality of transport including the main safety of students. The problems discussed in this thesis are the policy and management of student transport at Sriwijaya University as well as the problem of public service Law of student transport in Sriwijaya University. This type of research thesis is a juridical study and the addition of various empirical elements. The results of this thesis show that ineffectiveness of policies made by the University of Sriwijaya that cause problems that are not implemented policies and regulations that have been made and also the policy and management of the untimely student transport and regulation is unclear.
