Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di area Suban Air Panas Kabupaten Rejang Lebong Kota Curup Provinsi Bengkulu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskrtiptif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode pencuplikan dari area jelajah sejauh 300 meter dari titik pusat (suban air panas). Pteridophyta yang berhasil dikoleksi dari Area Suban Air Panas Rejang Lebong berjumlah 17 jenis yang tergolong dalam 9 suku dan 11 marga. Pteridophyta yang telah berhasil ditemukan adalah Pteris grandifolia, Pteris vittata, Adiantum cuneatum, Adiantum pedatum, Hemionitis palmata, Dryopteris arguta, Dryopteris clintoniana, Selaginella bryopteris, Selaginella roxburghii, Asplenium scolopendrium, Asplenium nidus, Nephrolepis cordifolia, Phymatodes membranifolius, Selliguea taeniata, Equisetum hyemale, Lycopodium clavatum, dan Diplazium esculentum. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 17 jenis Pteridophyta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadan tumbuhan paku pada area 3 memiliki keberadaan jenis yang paling tinggi dan beragam dibandingkan dengan area lainnya. Area 2 memiliki keragaman jenis tumbuhan yang tidak jauh berbeda dengan Area 3. Area 1 merupakan area terdekat dengan suban air panas dan area ini merupakan area yang paling sedikit tingkat keragaman jenisnya. Kata kunci : Pteridophyta, Suban Air Panas, Pemetaan.
