Abstract

PT. Adaro Indonesia is a company engaged in the coal mining business with a mining business permit (IUP) covering an area of 148,000 ha. In mining activities mining companies are obliged to carry out repairs of ex-mining land in accordance with the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources regulation 1827K / 30 / MEM / 2018 concerning guidelines for the implementation of reclamation in mineral and coal mining business activities. For this reason, it is necessary to study the removal of top soil volume for the reclamation of the final Paringin area with an area of 37,44 ha in PT. Adaro Indonesia. Reclamation which will be reviewed within a period of four years by returning the original or revegetated vegetation. Top soil sowing for reclamation land, which will be spread as much as 75,40 m3 on the land to be reclaimed. The reclamation program began with the final Paringin area land use using the D&R bulldozer as a leveling / compacting tool with a productivity of 240.46 BCM / Hour that functions to make the surface flatter, the PC 300 komatsu backhoe excavator as a digging tool with a productivity of 232.40 BCM / Hour, and Hino 500 FM 260 JD dump truck as a means of transport with a productivity of 86,343 BCM / Hour. Revegetation activities included analysis of soil quality, procurement of 625 stems / hectare of sengon seedlings with the area to be planted at 37,40 ha so 23.375 sengon stems were needed, and legume crops, fertilizing planting and replanting and caring.
