Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Optimization of Village Funds in the Context of Increasing the Potential of PADes in Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. The data used are Primary Data and Secondary Data with a Qualitative Method of descriptive approach. The results showed that the use of the village fund budget was optimal, of course the process of compiling and determining the village fund budget management plan had referred to the Regulations of the District Head of Ogan Ilir No. 19 of 2018 concerning Technical Guidelines for Management of Village Fund Budgets. The largest village budget is used for the construction and for community empowerment. However, the use of village budget funds for the establishment of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) for the development of community economic enterprises is still relatively small, the implication of this research is the implementation of government.
