Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of computer courses in the physically challenged social rehabilitation hall of Budi Perkasa Palembang which is studied from the elements of the learning process of computer programs. This type of research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The 7 person research subject consists of 1 instructor and 6 people with disabilities attending a computer course program. The data collection techniques used are interviews to the instructor and the disabled who participated in the computer course program and the documentation in BRSPDF Budi Perkasa Palembang. The results showed that the effectiveness of computer course programs at physical rehabilitation hall of physically challenged Budi Perkasa Palembang is less effective. This is because it is not according to the learning materials module with the period of computer course implementation. Keywords: Effectiveness, Learning Process, Computer Course, Disability.
