Abstract

There are several agencies in Indonesia, especially Palembang, both public and private engaged in various sectors began to pay attention to the importance of technological advances accompanied by the times. The e-PAS application is new platform business from PT. Sriwidjaja Palembang fertilizer in order to occupy the necessary of the 4.0 industrial revolution era. In this study, researchers used the theory of Communication Strategies from Dan 'O hair. This research method uses qualitative methods with descriptive data types. Informants in this study amounted to 5 people 3 from the Internal PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang 2 from people who use the e-PAS application. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews face to face, field observations and documentation. The results of this study indicate the implementation of the program for now is still under development research and PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang has no experience in the field of marketplace and internet industry. e- PAS as an online business for the first time in Indonesia which is engaged in providing agribusiness products. This can be proven by using theoretical indicators.
