Abstract

Pabrik Diisopropil Eter direncanakan berlokasi di Jalan Raya Cirebon-Indramayu Kabupaten Indramayu, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Pabrik ini meliputi area seluar 2,7 Ha dengan kapasitas 46.000 ton/tahun. Proses pembuatan Diisopropil Eter dilakukan dengan mereaksikan propilen dan air yang berlangsung di Reaktor-01 (R-01) pada temperatur 110oC dan tekanan 68,0460 atm. Diisopropil Eter kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses pemurnian dengan didapatkan kemurnian produk sebesar 99,5%. Pabrik ini merupakan perusahaan yang berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi line and staff, yang dipimpin oleh seorang direktur utama dengan jumlah karyawan 122 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ekonomi, maka Pabrik Pembuatan Diisopropil Eter ini dinyatakan layak didirikan karena telah memenuhi persyaratan paramater ekonomi sebagai berikut: 1. Total Capital Investment= US$ 36.631.911,92 2. Selling price = US$ 144.477.783,70 3. Total Production Cost = US$ 122.236.824,8579 4. Annual Cash Flow = US$ 18.399.318,93 5. Pay Out Time = 2 tahun 6. Rate of Return on Investment= 42,5% 7. Discounted Cash Flow = 49,7% 8. Break Event Point (BEP) = 39,34% 9. Service Life = 11 tahun
