Abstract
This thesis is titled The Role of Organizational Communication of the Facilities and Infrastructure Section of FKIP UNSRI in Supporting the Learning Process. The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of organizational communication in the Facilities and Infrastructure Section of FKIP UNSRI in supporting the learning process. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. In this study, researchers used Organizational Communication theory according to Goldhaber which contained seven dimensions including Process, Message, Network, Interdependence, Relationship, Environment, and Uncertainty. Data collection techniques in this study used in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of communication runs in communication downward or the flow of information flowing from upper-level to lower-level people, as well as discipline on the task is reflected in carrying out the work that is charged as well as the responsibilities indicated by optimal work results, employee obedience to comply with the work methods that have been determined by the company, accept the tasks assigned, and the determination to complete each task given.
