Abstract

Pabrik propilena direncanakan berlokasi di daerah Indramayu, Jawa Barat. Pabrik ini meliputi area seluas 8 Ha dengan kapasitas produksi 200.000 ton per tahun. Proses pembuatan propilena ini mengacu pada paten No. 2018/0057425 A1 dengan proses metatesis dari cis-2-butena dengan bantuan katalis W-SBA-15 dan MFI 2000 yang berlangsung pada reaktor tipe Multitube Fixed Bed Reactor With Fired Heater pada temperatur 550oC dan tekanan 1 atm. Pabrik ini merupakan perusahaan yang berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi line and staff, yang dipimpin oleh seorang direktur dengan jumlah karyawan 150 orang. Pabrik pembuatan propilena kapasitas produksi 200.000 ton/tahun layak didirakan berdasarkan hasil analisa aspek ekonomi berikut ini: a) Investasi = US $ 149.145.754,50 b) Hasil penjualan per tahun = US $ 1.238.558.841,27 c) Biaya produksi per tahun = US $ 1.083.276.222,91 d) Laba bersih per tahun = US $ 108.756.664,21 e) Pay Out Time (POT) = 1,135 tahun f) Rate of Return on Investment (ROI) = 72,92% g) Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) = 80,54% h) Break Even Point (BEP) = 39,03% i) Service Life = 11 tahun
