Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the effect of growth opportunity, net working capital, and cash conversion cycle influence on cash holding of companies from automotive and components sub sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research was the companies automotive and component sub sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014 – 2018. The number of samples used was 14 companies. Data collection techniques used in this study use documentary study methods which are done by collecting and analyzing documents and data, both written (offline) and electronic (online). The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that growth opportunity, net working capital, and cash conversion cycle have no effect on cash holding.
