Abstract

Tingginya angka kesakitan dan kematian akibat penyakit berbasis lingkungan menjadi permasalahan kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah perilaku buang air besar sembarangan. Kecamatan Warkuk Ranau Selatan merupakan wilayah yang masih tinggi perilaku buang air besar sembarangan yaitu sebayak 55,6%. Salah satu solusi pemerintah dalam menanggapi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan metode pemicuan.Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas program pemicuan pada stop buang air besar sembarangan di wilayah Puskesmas Rawat Inap Warkuk Ranau Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan crossectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional sampling dengan jumlah 100 sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, dan wawancara. Analis data dengan mengunakan uji univariat yang disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan narasi. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa tingkat efektivitas program pemicuan pada stop buang air besar sembarangan berdasarkan indikator pencapaian tujuan (71,5%) dikategorikan efektif, integrasi (56%) dan adaptasi (53%) dikategorikan tidak efektif. Secara umum efektivtias program pemicuan pada stop buang air besar sembarangan berada di angka 60,1% yang artinya tidak efektif. Diharapkan puskesmas lebih mengoptimalkan program pemicuan agar dapat mengurangi perilaku masyarakat buang air besar sembarangan dengan melakukan program dana swadaya. ABSTRACT The high morbidity and mortality rate due to environment-based diseases is a public health problem in Indonesia. One reason is open defecation. South Warkuk Ranau Subdistrict is an area that is still high in open defecation behavior, which is 55.6%. One of the government's solutions in responding to these problems is the triggering method. The purpose of this research was to analyze the level of effectiveness of the triggering program open defecation in Warkuk Ranau selatan Health Center region.This research is a quantitative research with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique is using proportional sampling with total of 100 samples. The data accumulation is done by distributing questionnaires, and interview. The data analysis using univariate test that presented in table and narrative form. The result of this research show that the effectiveness of triggering programs in open defecation based on indicators of achievement of objectives (71.5%) effective, integration (56%) and adaptation (53%) ineffective. in general effectiveness of triggering program It can be concluded that the triggering of stop open defecation was at 60.1% which means ineffective. hopefully puskesmas can optimize triggering program to reduce the behavior of open defecation in community It is hoped that the puskesmas will further optimize the triggering program so that it can reduce public defecation behavior carelessly by conducting self-funding program.
