Abstract

This study aims to understand the impact of knowing tofu factory existence on the social-economic conditions of communities in the ilir barat 1 sub-district of palembang, which responders to this study are those in rt 20,21,and 34 in ilir barat 1 sub-district of palembang city exactly. And this study uses quantitative approaches, data-collection techniques used are the numbers, and documentation. Sampling can be administered under 5% error so the sample is 86. The technique of data analysis used is the test of instrument requirements, validity test of instrument and insrtument reabilities test. Based on previous data analysis, it should be brought to the conclusion that the plant’s presence knew it moderate impact on the social economic condition of the society in the ilir barat 1 sub-district. This has been proven because the score of 5.666 with an interpretation of 66,7%. Key words: Impact, Industrial, Social Economic
