Abstract

Taxes are one of the sources of State Revenue that have a major influence on National Development. The Government is doing its utmost to improve state revenue. Tax Collection is an effort made by the tax authority in achieving the target of tax receipts. The purpose of this study is to find out the level of effectiveness and contributions resulting from the tax collection implementation with forced letter and confiscation letter of tax revenues.. This study uses comparative descriptive methods. The data used in this study is secondary data. The result showed that the average of tax collection implementation with forced letter and confiscation letter in 2017-2019 is not effective and contribution from forced letter and confiscation is very small of tax revenues in KPP Pratama Palembang Ilir Barat (2017-2019)
