Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran “Quantum Teaching” terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran PPKn di SMP N 33 Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian pre-exsperimental design yang menggunakan desain one group pretest-postest design. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas VII yang berjumlah 211 orang dengan sampel kelas VII.6 berjumlah 30 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik dokumentasi, dan tes. Berdasarkan hasil analisis rata-rata hasil tes siswa setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran “Quantum Teaching” didapatkan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran “Quantum Teaching” sebesar 77 dengan kategori baik yang telah melebihi KKM. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan rumus uji regresi linier sederhana didapatkan nilai signifikasi sebesar .000 dan nilai (α) sebesar .05 dengan demikian hasil yang diperoleh adalah nilai Sign < α (.000 < .05), maka keputusan yang diambil H0 ditolak dan menerima Ha. Dengan demikian, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penerapan model pembelajaran “Quantum Teaching” terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran PPKn di SMP N 33 Palembang.
