Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan klorin berkapasitas 30.000 ton/tahun direncanakan berdiri pada tahun 2025 di Kawasan Industri Cilegon, Kecamatan Citangkil, Cilegon, Banten yang diperkirakan memiliki luas area 5 Ha. Proses pembuatan klorin mengacu pada paten US 2019/0292049 A1, dimana proses yang digunakan adalah oksidasi hidrogen klorida pada reaktor Multitubular Fixed Bed Reactor menggunakan katalis RuO2/TiO2 pada temperatur 350oC dan tekanan 3 atm. Bahan baku yang digunakan adalah hidrogen klorida dan oksigen dari udara. Pabrik yang akan didirikan ini merupakan perusahaan berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi Line and Staff, dengan total karyawan 125 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ekonomi, pabrik klorin ini layak didirikan karena telah memenuhi persyaratan parameter ekonomi, yaitu: •Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US $ 51.706.363,098 •Total Production Cost (TPC) = US $ 43.638.332,029 •Total Penjualan per Tahun (SP) = US $ 70.235.518,700 •Annual Cash Flow (ACF) = US $ 25.041.972,571 •Pay Out Time (POT) = 1,8569 tahun •Rate of Return on Investment (ROR) = 41,1511 % •Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) = 60,1995 % •Break Even Point (BEP) = 31,2854 % •Service Life = 11 tahun
