Abstract

Pabrik Metil Format direncanakan di Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan. Pabrik ini memiliki area seluas 4,5 Ha dengan kapasitas 15.000 ton per tahun. Proses pembuatan Metil Format ini mengacu pada US Patent No. 2018/9938227 B2. Reaksi berlangsung di dalam Fix Bed Reactor pada suhu 50°C, tekanan 1 atm dengan katalis Amberlyst-15 di Reaktor-01 dan pada suhu 90°C, tekanan 1 atm dengan katalis MCM-22 di Reaktor-02. Pabrik ini merupakan perusahaan yang berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi line and staff, yang dipimpin oleh seorang direktur utama dengan jumlah karyawan 121 orang. Pabrik pembuatan Metil Format ini layak didirikan karena telah memenuhi persyaratan parameter ekonomi sebagai berikut: • Total Capital Investment = US $ 32.132.154,13 • Selling Price per Tahun = US $ 135.371.062,76 • Total Production Cost = US $ 112.702.717,92 • Annual Cash Flow = US $ 18.353.263,51 • Pay Out time = 1,67 tahun • Rate of Return on Investment = 49,3831% • Discounted Cash Flow = 66,9586% • Break Even Point = 36,9703% • Service Life = 11 tahun
