Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dinas Kesehatan UPTD Puskesmas Rawat Inap Pulau Beringin Kab. OKU Selatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh motivasi terhadap Komitmen Organisasi pegawai Dinas Kesehatan UPTD Puskesmas Rawat Inap Pulau Beringin Kab. OKU Selatan. Teori motivasi yang digunakan adalah teori EDG oleh Alderfer yaitu kebutuhan akan keberadaan (existence), hubungan (relatedness), berkembang (growth). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Seluruh Pegawai Honorer Puskesmas. Teknik pengambilan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, yaitu mengambil seluruh sampel sebanyak 38 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan cara menyebar kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Pegawai Dinas Kesehatan UPTD Puskesmas Rawat Inap Pulau Beringin Kab. OKU Selatan. This research was conducted at the UPTD Health Service at the Beringin Island Inpatient Center of Kab. OKU South. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of motivation on Organizational Commitment of UPTD Health Service employees at the Beringin Island Inpatient Center in Kab. OKU South. Motivation theory used is the EDG theory by Alderfer, namely the need for existence, relationship (relatedness), growth (growth). The population in this study were all Puskesmas Honorary Employees. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, which is to take the entire sample of 38 respondents. Data collection techniques used in this study were by distributing questionnaires to the Likert measurement scale. This study uses a simple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that motivation significantly influenced the Organizational Commitment of Health Service Officers at UPTD Puskesmas Inpatient, Beringin Island. OKU South.
