Abstract

Seaweed is a low-level plant and belongs to the macroalgae group. The crop failure of seaweed cultivation is caused by pests and pathogenic bacteria. The sample of this research used 5ES10-5P1 bacteria and 4ES10-4P2 of Euchema spinosum. The method used in this research is molecularly. This research indicate results of both bacterial isolates identified in NCBI with bacterial isolates 5ES10-5P1 to the similarty level (98%) with Brevibacterium sediminis CGMCC 1. 15472 and bacterial isolates 4ES10-4P2 to the similarty (97%) with Halomonas venusta DSM 4743.
