Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of weakness of internal control systems and compliance with laws and regulations to the quality of financial statements (Empirical Study on Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional V Palembang). The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method that amounts 74 people. This study uses primary data which obtained through the questionnaire results. The method of data analysis in this study uses multiple regression analysis.The results of this study showed that weakness of internal contorl systems and compliance with laws and regulations has positive effect to the quality of financial statements.
