Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kualitas pelayanan untuk melaksanakan inpassing di Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi Wilayah II Palembang. Agar kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan berjalan dengan baik harus memaksimalkan tercapainya tujuan visi dan misi yang telah direncanakan. Tujuan penelitian ini bagaimana kualitas pelayanan inpassing dosen tetap yayasan di Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi Wilayah II Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dilakukan pengisian kusioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan metode interval. Untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan dalam penelitian menggunakan Statistical Package For Sosial Sciene (SPSS) versi 26. Pembahasan diarahkan untuk mengetahui fakta yang sebenarnya dalam mengukur kualitas pelayanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan inpassing sudah cukup baik, dapat dilihat melalui teori kualitas pelayanan menurut Parasumana et al. 1988 yakni: Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty.
