Abstract

Puskesmas Sematang Borang memiliki jumlah cakupan pelayanan ibu hamil K4 di Kota Palembang sebesar 98,9%. Cakupan K4 di Puskesmas Sematang Borang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan rata – rata cakupan k4 di seluruh puskesmas yang ada di Kota Palembang. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan Antenatal Care di Puskesmas Sematang Borang Kota Palembang. Penelitian mengunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel pada penilitian ini adalah ibu hamil trimester ketiga dan ibu baru melahirkan yang dipilih secara Random Sampling (n = 97 orang). Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan Uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui responden melakukan pemanfaatan pelayanan antenatal secara lengkap yaitu sebanyak 54 responden (55,7%) . Faktor – faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan Antenatal Care adalah faktor usia (p = 0,042), faktor pendidikan (p = 0,034), faktor pekerjaan (p = 0,000), faktor pengetahuan (p = 0,050), dan faktor dukungan suami (p = 0,038). faktor-fakor yang tidak berhubungan yaitu faktor sikap, faktor pendapatan keluarga faktor aksesibilitas dan dukungan petugas kesehatan. Rekomendasi bagi pihak Puskesmas Sematang Borang adalah agar program pemberian informasi tentang Antenatal Care lebih ditingkatkan melalui konseling secara intensif dan penambahan jam pelayanan Puskesmas. Kata Kunci : Antenatal Care, Pemanfaatan Kepustakaan : 64 (1981-2019) Puskesmas Sematang Borang has total K4 pregnant women service coverage in Palembang City of 98.9%. The K4 coverage in Puskesmas Sematang Borang was lower than the average K4 coverage in all puskesmas in Palembang City. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the use of Antenatal Care at the Sematang Borang Health Center in Palembang City. This research uses a cross sectional approach. Data collection was carried out by interview using a questionnaire. Samples in this study were three trimester pregnant women and new mothers who were selected by random sampling (n = 97 people). The collected data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square Test. The results of this study show that respondents made a complete use of antenatal services, namely as many as 54 respondents (55.7%). Factors related to the use of Antenatal Care were age (p = 0.042), education (p = 0.034), work (p = 0.000), knowledge (p = 0.050), and husband's support (p = 0.038). Factors that are not related are attitude factor, family income factor, accessibility factor and health worker support. The recommendation for the Sematang Borang Community Health Center is that the program to provide information about Antenatal Care should be further enhanced through intensive counseling and additional public health service hours.
