Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate on Employee Performance in the South Sumatera Province Library. The population used in this study is all employee in the South Sumatera Province Library, amounting to 87 people. Data collection method used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of the analysis, it is concluded that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the South Sumatera Province Library. Therefore, employee must pay more attention and improve the organizational climate in effort to the improvement of employee performance.
