Abstract

HIV/AIDS telah mejadi masalah krisis global dan menjadi tantangan yang berat bagi pembangunan dan kemajuan sosial. Prevalensi pengidap HIV tertinggi menurut kabupaten dan kota di Sumatera Selatan yaitu Kota Palembang sebanyak 1085 kasus. Kepatuhan pasien HIV/AIDS terhadap pengobatan ARV dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya yaitu fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk untuk mengetahui fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kepatuhan berobat ARV di kota Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Orang Dengan HIV?AIDS (ODHA) yang melakukan pengobatan di layanan CST di Kota Palembang sebanyak 235 sampel. Analisis bivariate menggunakan uji chi-square dan analisis multivariat menggunakan uji regresi logistik dengan model faktor resiko. Hasil analasisi bivariate pada penelitian ini menunjukkan ada yang bermakna antara fasilita pelayanan kesehatan (p=0,000) dengan kepatuhan berobat ARV di Kota Palembang. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara variabel fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dengan kepatuhan berobat setelah dikontrol oleh confounding dengan PR 0,007 (95% CI 0,000 – 0,194), artinya fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan baik dapat mencegah untuk tidak patuh sebesar 0,007 kali dibandingkan dengan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan cukup. Kata Kunci : ODHA, Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan, Kepatuhan ARV, HIV/AIDS ABSTRACT HIV / AIDS has become a problem of the global crisis and a formidable challenge to social development and progress. The highest prevalence of people living with HIV according to districts and cities in South Sumatra, namely Palembang City with 1085 cases. Adherence of HIV / AIDS patients to ARV treatment is influenced by several factors, one of which is health service facilities. Therefore the aim of this study is to determine health service facilities for compliance with ARV treatment in Palembang. This research is a quantitative study using a cross sectional study design. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 235 people living with HIV / AIDS (PLWHA) who received treatment at CST services in Palembang City. Bivariate analysis used the chi-square test and multivariate analysis used logistic regression with a risk factor model. The results of the bivariate analysis in this study showed that there was a significant difference between health service facilities (p = 0.000) and compliance with ARV treatment in Palembang City. The results of the multivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between the variables of health care facilities and treatment compliance after being controlled by confounding with a PR of 0.007 (95% CI 0.000 - 0.194), meaning that good health service facilities could prevent disobedience by 0.007 times compared to adequate health service facilities.
