Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji perbedaan kinerja keuangan antara Perusahaan Manufaktur Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) dan Badan Usaha Milik Swasta (BUMS) berdasarkan struktur corporate governance yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2014-2018. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel berdasarkan suatu kriteria tertentu. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji beda dua rata-rata (Independent sample t-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan perusahaan Manufaktur BUMN dan perusahaan Manufaktur BUMS sama baiknya tetapi untuk Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) , Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio (LDR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning per Share (EPS) menunjukan lebih baik perusahaan Manufaktur BUMN dari pada perusahaan Manufaktur BUMS sedangkan Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) menunjukan lebih baik perusahaan Manufaktur BUMS dari pada perusahaan Manufaktur BUMN.
