Abstract

Maqdis Hotel Palembang is a company engaged in hotel services, which currently requires a promotional media that can be accessed online by guests or the wider community in order to obtain information about facilities owned by the Maqdis Hotel Palembang. The development of a reservation application at the Maqdis Hotel in Palembang was made as a medium of information with more interactive specifications for the Maqdis Hotel itself and could be recognized by prospective domestic and foreign tourists. The presence of a web-based hotel reservation application at Hotel Maqdis Palembang is expected to provide facilities and convenience for the public to make hotel room reservations online. The proposed application is web using the PHP programming language and MySQL database.
