Abstract

The hotel is a building with many rooms that can be rented to stay overnight for tourists.However, many travelers feel deceived in choosing a hotel. Therefore, there must be a choice of the best hotel to be chosen by tourists. One useful algorithm for choosing the best hotel is the K-Means and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). K-means used to find the best hotel cluster, then ranked with AHP to get the best hotel. Data that investigated 22 hotel names in Palembang city with surveys of 440 data. AHP ranking includes 5 criteria, namely, stars, price, distance from Ampera, facilities, and rating. From the ranking results, the name of the hotel is ranked first, namely "Swarna Dwipa".
