Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi jumlah pengguna e-filing di KPP Madya Palembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui bagaimana tanggapan wajib pajak tentang e-filing dalam proses memasukkan SPT Tahunannya dan 2) mengetahui apakah pengaruh e-jiling terhadap jumlah wajib pajak yang menggunakannya Hasil pembahasan menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan dan pengaruh secara signifikan antara kemudahan penggunaan (perceived easy of use) aplikasi e-filing dan kemanfaatan (perceived usefulness) aplikasi e-filing terhadap keinginan untuk menggunakan (intention to use) aplikasi e-filingjika dianalisis secara bersama-sama dan secara parsial. Untuk meningkatkan jumlah pengguna e-filing, penulis menyarankan agar pemerintah melakukan sosialisasi aplikasi e-filing kepada masyarakat. Sosialisasi yang perlu dilakukan yaitu melakukan seminar tentang e-filing, menyiapkan petugas khusus yang stand by untuk rnemberikan pengarahan penggunaan e-filing kepada masyarakat dan rnenyiapkan selebaran tentang tata cara penggunaan e-filing. Sehingga aplikasi e-filing dapat dikenal dan digunakan oleh masyarakat
