Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah memberikan bukti empiris mengenai hubungan kinerja keuangan dengan kinerja lingkungan perusahaan peserta PROPER periode tahun 2010-2011. Kinerja keuangan menggunakan Profitabilitas perusahaan (Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin, ROA, dan ROE), dan juga Nilai Pasar Perusahaan, yaitu Tobin's Q Ratio. Kinerja Lingkungan dilihat dari peringkat PROPER yang berupa wara-warna (Emas, Hijau, Biru, Merah, dan Hitam). Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 47 perusahaan Peserta Program Peringkat Kinerja Perusahaan Dalam Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup (PROPER), periode tahun 2010-2011. Uji korelasi menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 19. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa profitabilitas perusahaan hanya ROA dan ROE saja yang menunjukkan hubungan yang positif, sedangkan GPM dan NPM menunjukkan hubungan yang negatif dengan kinerja lingkungan perusahaan. Nilai Pasar (Tobin's Q Ratio) juga menunjukkan hubungan yang positif dengan kinerja ligkungan perusahaan.
