Abstract
Chicken eggs are distributed by suppliers (Aguan Shop) to 17 retailers in Palembang city. Traffic conditions, road conditions and vehicle conditions greatly affect distribution activities. Uncertain travel time results in uncertain costs. This problem is solved using a fuzzy model. There are two objective functions, namely minimizing costs and minimizing delivery time. This study discusses Optimization of Product Distribution Using the Fuzzy Multi-Objective Cyclical Inventory Routing Problem Model with Multi Tour (FMOCIRP). Because the vehicle and the maximum capacity of eggs transported are limited, a multi-tour is made. The completion of the model is assisted by using a tool, namely Winqsb software. The optimal solution is a distribution route that provides minimum costs and time. Based on the results of calculations using the FMOCIRP Model the total distribution cost is IDR45.080, and the distribution time is 160 minutes.
