Abstract

Latar belakang. Kinerja diartikan sebagai penampilan seorang karyawan baik kualitas maupun kuantitas yang telah dicapainya dalam melaksanakan tugas sesuai tanggung jawabnya. Tujuan. Mengetahui hubungan antara faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perawat dalam menerapakan asuhan keperawatan di masa pandemi Covid-19 di rumah sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang. Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan observasional analitik kuantitatif dengan metode pendekatan cross sectional. Yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15 Oktober-30 Oktober 2020, dengan sampel sebanyak 66 perawat, menggunakan tehnik random sampling. dengan pengisian kuisioner secara online dengan menggunakan aplikasi google forms. Hasil. Ada hubungan antara lama kerja(P=) gaji (p=0,036), motivasi (p=0,028), supervisi (p=0,017) dan kepemimpinan (p=0,013) Kesimpulan : Dari hasil analisis mutivariat regresi logistik diperoleh bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap efektifitas kinerja perawat dalam menerapakan asuhan keperawatan di masa pandemi Covid-19 adalah variabel pelatihan Odd Ratio atau OR yaitu 4,249 dengan P value = 0,027 Saran. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja perawat khususnya perawat di rumah sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang di masa pandemi Covid-19 ini, diharapakan kepada pemerintah agar dapat memberikan perhatian khusus terutama dalam penyediaan APD (Alat Pelindung Diri) serta memberikan tambahan insentif kepada tenaga kesehatan yang bertugas mengingat besarnya resiko yang mereka hadapi baik fisik maupun psikisnya.
