Abstract

Collaborative Governance is an effort to unify the vision and mission to achive goals together. This effort is being made to realize Palembang City as a Creative City supported by the existence of a creative economy program. This study aims to identify and analyze collaborative governance pratices in the creative economy program in Palembang City and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors from the collaborative process of creative economy programs. This type of research is descriptive using qualitative research methods. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interview and documentation techniques. This study uses a collaborative governance model proposed by Ansell and gash 2007. The results of this study indicate that the collaborative governance in thecreative economy program in Palembang City is quite well implemented. Suggestions related to the findings of study are to accelerate the publication of basic laws regarding the creative economy program driving team, increase the competence of members by increasing comparative studies with other cities, and including other sub-sectors if there is competition to be followed.
