Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan tentang pengaruh profitabilitas (ROE) dan pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan menggunakan rumus Tobin’s Q. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2010 sampai dengan tahun 2013 sebanyak 129 perusahaan dengan total sampel sebanyak 18 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan dan laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang telah dipublikasikan. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan uji hipotesis yaitu uji t dan uji F. Sebelum menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, dilakukan uji asumsi klasik terlebih dahulu.dengan bantuan SPSS 22.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya variabel pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sementara itu, variabel profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
