Abstract

This essay has a research background such as the lack of transparency in the planning and management of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) at Ulak Kerbau Lama Village in 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of transparency in the management of APBDes at Ulak Kerbau Lama Village in 2019. The theory used in this research is Kristianten’s theory of transparency,in which he argues that transparency can be measured through several indicators, namely the readiness and accessibility of documents,clarity and completenedd of information,openness of processes, and a regulatory framework that ensures transparency. This study used qualitative research methods. The results of survey based on perspective teori are:(1) Transparency that occurred at Ulak Kerbau Lama Village as going well (2) Even the people enthusiasm is still lacking because they”re busy to work,in the planning anf implementation is still lacking. The village head has provided a detailed archive of the Village revenue and Expenditure Budget.The Suggest are: (1) hols socizlization to announce to the people about village meeting, (2) Providing archival documents related to APBDes management at the village office (3) Conducting Socialization related to notification o the eople that village meetings will be held, (4) make an information system through social media such as Facebook and creating a village government website.
