Abstract

This study aims to analyze the online-based promotion strategy of the benefits obtained by Kemplang cracker businesses in Palembang City. This study uses primary data obtained from 17 samples of Kemplang cracker producers in the city of Palembang using interview techniques. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis and simple regression test. The results of this study indicate that of the 17 sample Kemplang cracker business actors in Palembang City, the relationship between the promotion strategy and the benefits obtained is not significant.
