Abstract

The purpose of this research are to kind and to measure how far the influence of work placement to workmanship at PT. SBA Wood Industrie in Palembang. This analysis are done by using frequency and regression analysis. The result of this research show that there is positive influence between work placement at PT. SBA Wood Industry in Palembang to workmanship. This case can be seen from regional tax income that increases every years. To increase the workmanship at PT. SBA Wood Industrie in Palembang, the writer suggest a workmanship rules will be applied soon rot avoiding the increase of employee that break the rules in work time. So, the resort activities and the resort purposes will be running well.
