Abstract

This research aims to design accounting Information Systems accountability of TK Islam Al Kautsar Indralaya. The system development approach used in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a system approach that describes the activities carried out at every stage of manufacturing system. The stages of the SDLC are the system analysis, conceptual design, physical design, operation, maintenance, and system evaluation. The scope of this research is done on the accounting information systems accountability of TK Islam Al Kautsar Indralaya. The results showed that the accounting information systems accountability of TK Islam Al Kautsar Indralaya needs to be changed due to the system has a lot of problems ranging from the lack of direct and periodical control from the foundation because the foundation must come directly to be able to see the accountability report of monthly cash to the kindergarten location in Indralaya, the lack of valid data, and the loss of physical documents stored. Therefore, the new design of accountability information system is necessary to overcome those problems.
