Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “ Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan di Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat “PUSKESMAS” Talang Jaya Betung Kabupaten Banyuasin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan Kesehatan di Puskesmas Talang Jaya Betung. Penelitian menggunakan teori kualitas pelayanan yang dikemukakan Zaithmal, Berry, dan Parasuraman yang terdiri dari lima dimensi yaitu Bukti Fisik, Kehandalan, Daya Tangkap, Jaminan dan Empati. Metode penelitian dalam skirpsi ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Penyebaran Kuesioner dilakukan kepada pasien sebanyak 95 responden yang sudah mendapakan pelayanan di Puskesmas Talang Jaya Betung dengan menggunakan metode insidental sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (PUSKESMAS) Talang Jaya Betung didapat dari hasil bobot akhir sebesar 326,90 Yang dikategorikan baik. Pada dimensi Kehandalan mendapatkan nilai bobot tertinggi pada kualitas pelayanan diPuskesmas Talang Jaya Betung . sementara pada dimensi Empati untuk bobot terendah.
